Fall 2007 Awards

After counting all the votes, the players choice for awards this Fall were as follows:

Forward of the year: Cari
Back of the year: Lucy
Rookie Forward OTY: Courtney
Rookie Back OTY: Kaisee
MostImproved Forward: Stef S
Most Improved Back: Beth F.
Rugger of the year: Kelly R.

And the Coach's Award: Liza

Congratulations to all the award winners. The officers indicated that there were a lot of close races. I think each of you should be proud of the recognition you recieve from your fellow-players. For those of you who couldn't make the end of season party, perhaps the officers will post the other awards list for everyone's enjoyment.

End of Season Social on Nov. 9th

Here is the announcement from Kelly F. regarding our end of season social.

hiii team =]ok so i took a vote at the game and we are going to have the end of
the season party/ rugby sleep over at my house in Oconomwoc on Nov. 9th,
thats a friday. Im really sorry for the people who cant make it but the majority
of the people said friday worked best. captains kelly and perry should plan to
do awards this year, but we will leave that up to you guys. you
guys can come whenever really, but we will plan on doing awards and stuff
at like 8:30?? i will have film from our games available if you guys would like
some =]=] hmm... food would be nice if anyone can bring some. ill provide pizza
and idk probably other stuff too. bring money just in case we go out for
breakfast in the morning or something. oh! and bring a swim suitt i have a hot
tub.
